The sun is setting over the "100 pictures in 100 days" blog.
This is the last picture - picture number one hundred.
The deed is done - the project has finished.....
Was it fun ? Yes and no.
Yes : Because I did more photograpy than I would have without this project and forced myself to at least try to make creative pictures. Some times I think I suceeded with it, some times not.
No : because of all the many days, when creativity seemed not present at all, and I just had to shoot a picture of something -last minute decision.
Conclusion is that I'm not a creative amateur photographer hundred days in a row. Too many compromises. I'm glad that I don't make a living out of photography.
Thanks to all of you who have been visiting this blog. It has been fun to see visitors from so many countries - people from 16 different nations have been by this site.
Happiness to you all...

This is a 45-year old camera. It's completely mechanical and needs no battery to take pictures. Just put a film in it. (remember that ? - film...)
It' close to new to look at, but has seen some use. I bought it very cheaply, including the lenses in the picture. The seller told me that the person who had used this camera for many years at some point put it away wrapped in toilet paper (unused, I suppose.) also every individual slide it had taken was wrapped in toilet paper, slides not beeing part of the deal, though.
I know that the camera I used to take this picture with will not function in 45 years. Some things just don't last that long anymore.
Some day I will put a film in this SR-7 just to try Old-School again. It smells a little different... :-)
